Meet Our Dentists
Dr.Jiawei Jay Han
Committed to clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and patient-centered care.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Dr. Han grew up in Richmond Hill, where he attended Bayview Secondary School. He completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences at McMaster University before pursuing his dental degree at the New York University College of Dentistry. He was selected into the honours program called program for survivors of torture where he provided dental care for victims of abuse and persecution in other countries.
After graduation, Dr. Han practiced in Michigan, working alongside experienced specialists in a large multidisciplinary dental group, including board-certified oral surgeons and periodontists who provided valuable mentorship.
He is committed to lifelong learning and has trained with some of the world’s most respected clinicians to further enhance his clinical and diagnostic skills, including Hom-Lay Wang, Pat Allen, John Kois, and Mike Pikos.
Dr. Han is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics. He has also completed two years of training in traditional orthodontics and is Invisalign certified.
Richmond Hill and Markham have always been home for Dr. Han, and he plans to remain in the community long-term, with the intention of eventually retiring here.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their young son Eddie, and their 8-year-old corgi, Lala.

Dr. Anthony Chan BSc, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Anthony Chan is known for his gentle and caring approach in helping his patients. He believes in working together with his patients to achieve optimal oral health. He works with his patients to understand their oral health conditions and when treatments and preventive measures are needed. Dr. Chan (a.k.a. Dr. Tony, as some kid patients call him) strives to make every dental appointment as enjoyable and comfortable as possible for both adults and children. He sincerely enjoys seeing patients with healthy teeth and beautiful smiles, and prides himself in helping many patients in achieving these goals – one smile at a time.
Dr. Anthony Chan graduated from University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in 2003 and was accepted as chief resident at State University of New York. During his two-year residence and years of private practice, Dr. Chan not only spent time treating patients, but was also involved in volunteering activities to help under-serviced communities in Northern Canada and Central America. He has pursued and continued to develop further education and technology to update his knowledge and skills by attending numerous quality continued education programs. He successfully obtained the Certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry, Certificate in Proficiency in Esthetic Dentistry, as well as the distinguishable Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Anthony enjoys swimming and working out in the gym. He also values spending quality time with family and friends with some good laughs!
